"Room was perfectly acceptable (room 210) - ensuite was clean, nice mirror in main room, comfy bed with a good supply of teas/coffees. Good location opposite Eastbourne Pier. Only negative is a nasty stain on the wall 0n the right hand side of the bed - looks like someone has puked against the wall."

"Nice sea views, friendly staff and convenient to all amenities. Comfortable bed , tea and coffee facilities a definitely plus. On the minus side , no available water bottles from hotel and weren’t aware there was a music bar just below so a bit noisy. They do offer ear plugs and what was worse was the bad singing from the bar lol"

I valued the fact that the proprietors had laid out a large bottle of water alongside a range of hot drinks (tea/coffee/hot chocolate sachets) for our arrival. The room was clean, comfortable. quiet and warm. "The room was quite spacious though a bit shabby. There was no one at reception at first but i didnt have to wait long, she was very helpful. Even though there was live music in the bar it didnt disturb me. It was fine for the one night i stayed there."
