"Lovely Management Even though the first day had issues like heating and draft near the door, they took control of the situation and did their magic. Free breakfast, great eggs, good coffee and tons of fruit. They have been in business for over 50 years, I am sure they do know what they are doing. Orleans bus starts from the Motel. Thanks Management, you know hospitality. "

"Clean and modern facility with everything we needed to have a good night's sleep. Requested a cot for the child in our room and it was delivered within half an hour of our request. Excellent hot breakfast with fresh croissants! We would definitely go back again and recommend it to others. A big step up from the regular hotels we have stayed at in Ottawa in the past. "

"Our stay was wonderful, the kitchen and the appliances came in handy and even though we booked the smaller room, it was still very spacious. Everything was clean and beautifully decorated. We noticed a small tear in the sheets but not a big deal, the bed was comfortable and we had a good night’s rest. "I didn't like the fact that the doors were locked when I arrived for check-in at 9pm. I stood at the door waiting to and waiting to be allowed in. At this same time my daughter was snug inside going through the process of being checked in to our room."
