"From the moment we arrived, the staff was amazing. The valet guy explained all the parking options. Once to the lobby you are invited by amazing front desk agents. Laroy and i think Richard. They were so helpful both nights we were there. They gave us such an amazing view of the city, explained all we needed to know with so much kindness and excitement. The hopitality was amazing. They offer a wonderful breakfast an evening reception every night and thats where we met Nay (Bartender) and Dave...

"The property is a bit outdated...our original room was updated and nice but the AC/heat didn't work so we had to switch rooms and the other room was antiquated (peeling ceilings, stained carpets, pictures taken off the wall, etc..like it was about to get updated but they hadn't made it to that room yet) The AC/Heat worked in this room and we had already unpacked twice so we stayed put (it was only 2 nights) The staff, however, were some of the nicest people I've ever met! "The staff were very helpful and always nice. The rooms were clean and right next to everything. The downside is that the hotel is behind a condo building so you can't really see the city or the river, there are no microwaves in the rooms and the coffee maker in our room had calcium build up from the water."

"Traveling with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. I had researched this hotel and reviews were actually too good ( I thought) after our 2 day stay i realized those reviews were right on and deserving. Clean, secure, friendly staff, great breakfast and evening drinks . and snacks ( on the house). Well run operation! "
