"This Hilton, like most, was a good quality experience at a very reasonable rate. I chose it for its 5 minute walk to the Chicago blue line train. The blue line runs 24/7 as it services the airport. "Had a great visit. We asked for a crib and was given a pack and play that we made due with. Nice location and area. Friendly staff. A bit busy and loud and only one evator was working but we used stairs since we were only on 2nd floor. Alcohol bottles left in parking lot was the only negative for outside. Breakfast was yummy and hot but busy.. pool was clean and kids had a blast. "

Also, 3 members of our group were stuck in elevators for about 10 minutes before the maintenance man helped get them out. An elevator mechanic did fix the problem. Grab and go breakfast was inadequate. "

My only — very minor — issue was that the elevators look outdated, like paint chipping and the metal plate for the elevator buttons being crooked, but overall, it’s a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again! There’s a Dunkin right next door. A big Japanese supermarket/food court down the street. The location is great."
