My greatest quibbles arise from this effort: (1) there is no coffee maker in the room, so one has to plod down to the far corner of the bar to pour a cup, by which point you feel as tho you should pay for it (but you don’t) and (2) similarly, use of any coupons is not an intuitive process, requiring interaction with...

"This hotel was exactly what I needed after a long travel day with late arrival into Logan. Easy/free/convenient shuttle to/from the airport was quick and reliable. The room was comfortable and quiet. I was able to sleep/rest and be productive the following day. Very happy with my stay and will likely be back."
