"When reading on the website about the property, it boasted newly renovated rooms, with pictures that matched what you would expect. Our room, however, was not located in the newly renovated portion, so it was not to our expectations."

"Staff was very nice just a ton of ppl at the hotel especially kids and the hot tub was unusable due to this. At one point there was 16 ppl in it. "

"The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area. "

"The entire staff was exceptionally kind - from the front desk, to dining staff to the housekeeping. The staff takes pride in making their guests feel welcome. The housekeeping even arranged my boys' stuffed animals on the beds in a cute fashion when they cleaned! My boys thought that was awesome. I also loved the dinners each night. That took the pressure off of finding a place to eat after a long day touring KC. I appreciated that there was always a vegetarian option for me at dinner along with...
