"Such a beautiful place to stay. Parking and laundry on site. We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe King Studio. Magnificent. Nothing bad to say about this property. Easy to find, close food options and the property managers were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this property. Was my favorite property to stay at on our SI 7 day trip. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The property is older and perhaps outdated, but it was clean, very convenient, and the staff could not have been nicer. If you are looking for a luxurious stay, this is not the place for you, but for all others, it serves the purpose well and is conveniently located in the octagon, but not noisy."

"This is an older property but it’s clean, it’s safe and everyone I interacted with at the office was very helpful and nice. There’s lots of restaurants nearby and the University of Otago is less than a 10 min walk. There is onsite parking. If you’re arriving late they’re able to help with a later check in. "

"The only reason I am marking this down is because there was a grand total of the kitchen. There were no sponges, tea towels or dishwashing supplies. There wasn't a full set of cooking equipment so it was difficult to cook for a group. The plates, glassware, mugs and cutlery etc. were cheap and unmatched.
