The breakfast and dinner buffets provide high quality and many varieties of food. Shuttle ferry / bus are convenient. The sunrise and sunset at the viewing platform are beautiful."

The man we assumed was the owner speaks english, is solicitous to a fault and serves a great breakfast including some of the tuna Nachikatsuura is known for. 800 yen taxi ride from JR Kiikatsuura station if you have bags or ten minute walk if you travel light. So you are in town to see the falls and temples? Spend a couple of nights here and give your money to a small local concern.
