"this was a disappointing stay. The room was not at all like the photo on the website - smaller and more basic. The breakfast was OK and the views nice but the service was neither welcoming nor hospitable. The main issue we had was with the WIFI - our booking indicated it was available in the room but when we arrived we were told by the Reception staff that there was only WIFI in the lobby and a few rooms above the lobby which according to the staff were more expensive. This was not made clear...

"Kamer was schoon en ruim. Geen airco, dus helaas met ramen open slapen (terwijl hotel aan een drukke weg ligt). De matrassen (met springveren?) waren helaas ook niet top. Ontbijt was ok, maar niet bijzonder. Vriendelijk personeel"
