"This is our second time in as many years staying at this property during a holiday and the staff continues to be helpful, although I requested the same room from the previous year and wasn't given that room with the better view, the accommodations were still clean and spacious. "

"I arrived a bit early and the front desk was very accommodating getting me checked in. The room is very nice. I appreciate the large shower, the soaps and shampoo in dispensers. The nightlight in the bathroom is a smart touch."

"The hotel was pleasant to be in! Not perfect by any means but a good place to stay. Bathroom was a bit dirty and tub was stained, but all in all clean. The hotel breakfast was reasonable and fairly tasty as well, no complaints. All in all, a good place to stay. Workd well for us in our time in Chicago. "

"I loved the breakfast! The only downside is that the temp was controlled with a energy saving thermostat that no matter how low I put the temp, it just wouldnt cool enough for my liking. "
