"Beautiful Hotel and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool, although the hot tub there wasn't very warm. Someone said the outside one was warmer, but we didn't venture out there. The only difficulty we had was parking at check-in. No staff were outside directing cars and both lanes were blocked for 30 minutes while their occupants got settled in their rooms. The staff did their best to help after another guest complained.
