Property was nice with easy parking across the street with restaurants on the ground floor of the parking garage. Staff was very friendly, explained the amenities (pool hours, water slide access, etc.). Room was clean and safe, with toiletries well stocked.

Check in was easy and fast. The girl at the desk was very nice and helped us upgrade to a bigger room. We loved the 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit we had. Hotel was clean and the guest service was nice. Hotel was short drive to airport and that was our reason to stay. The bathroom was clean and bright. The bad part was the bed was very hard and our neighbors were loud which we could hear them well through the walls.

I called prior to booking to ask if the hot tubs were all functioning. They said yes. I arrived 2 days later and the hot tubs were both out of service and clearly had been for a long while. I don’t appreciate lying.

There was a bottle of Dr Pepper left from the guest or housekeeper before and bottle caps next to the bed. The coffee maker was also broken but they replaced that very fast
