Very close to the beach with great views. Property is a little outdated and could use some updates. Condo was cleaned but needs updates as well. No extra blankets, condiments, or outdoor extras to be able to use on the beach such as chairs, towels, etc. We were introduced to the Palmetto Bug aka American cockroach at the restaurant the evening we arrived. Did not see anymore the rest of the stay. Overall had a great stay with decent weather

Good location on nice stretch of beach. Near Opry, restaurants. Room i stayed in is dated but clean. Resort is fairly nice, not 4 or 5 stars but average. A decent place.

We asked for an ocean front room and got a no ocean front room suite which was fine but not what we wanted and we were upset about unsupervised young kids like 6/7 year olds in the indoor pool

Property was nice but our heat froze up so we had to move rooms at 1145 at night. Staff was slow and didn’t seem to be bothered that we had a volleyball tournament early the next morning so we wanted to get into a warm room

They give me a room that I don’t select for the reservation I went there with my kids and they sleep on the floor because they don’t even give me a room with sofa bed very dissapointed

The rooms were dirty, and the indoor pool in the building we were in was nasty and cold for it to be an indoor pool. The communication on how to get to our room and parking garage was awful and there were no signs on where to enter from the parking garage. The hotel clerk did walk us over but when we questioned her instructions another clerk was rude about it. Most likely will not stay here again. The water park looked interesting and the arcade was decent but the soap scum on the shower door and black dirt all over the room overrides all the amenities for me.
