They give me a room that I don’t select for the reservation I went there with my kids and they sleep on the floor because they don’t even give me a room with sofa bed very dissapointed

Property was nice but our heat froze up so we had to move rooms at 1145 at night. Staff was slow and didn’t seem to be bothered that we had a volleyball tournament early the next morning so we wanted to get into a warm room

We always visit this property. The staff is awesome. The only complaint I had was minor issues such as: 1. Laundry slide door was broken, 2. Hair on the shower head in the master bedroom and couch, 3. Juice spill in the fridge. All we're reported to the check in Host. He advised me that it would be noted in order to be corrected. I just re cleaned the shower and couch myself as we were tired from traveling.

Great for walking to the beach. While checking in only had one person he ad to wait for over a half hour. Wished the doors were open to get into the pool. I could not climb the steps. Really wanted to swim.

Good location on nice stretch of beach. Near Opry, restaurants. Room i stayed in is dated but clean. Resort is fairly nice, not 4 or 5 stars but average. A decent place.

The floors were extremely dirty. I had to throw away my socks and slippers because they were literally black on the bottom from the floor. Also, there were roaches in the bathroom and the kitchen. I’ve stayed at this property multiple times but this experience was a first.

The staff at Sand Dunes treat you like family. I even got a hug from the lady to sweeps the floors when we left. And the Manager (Jan) is amazing! He does everything in his power to make your stay better.
