This place was such a disappointment. Expedia had it at like a 7.8 so i was like ok lets try it well swing and a miss. Room was a mess had used lotion bottles with dried lotin on the caps soap was jammed down our bathroom sink. Hair was in our tub stove was rusted out trash on the balcony. They didnt clean our room at all it seems like from when the last people used it.. i wouldnt recommend this place at all very disgusting. Parking is nightmare 4 different areas to park all being 100 yards away from the hotel some of the parking was 2 streets over. We arrived friday night and the dude at the front desk was a D-Bag completely unfriendly and unwelcoming.

Agree with other reviews that the building is outdated and not super clean... but the beds were clean and comfortable, the ocean view was astonishing, the pool area was great and staff was helpful. Would definitely stay again

Property was old, very dusty in room. The beds was tough no box spring, mattress on metal springs. Carpet was old kept flip flops on. Tile was falling off bathroom. Was on 9th floor with 2 bedroom/ 3 bed queen ocean view.

Great family owned hotel. We have stayed here for over 25 years. The rooms are updated & clean. Our granddaughter loves the pool & hot tubs. They have a restaurant on site. Great place for family vacations.

I found blood on the sheet pigeons were attacking me on the balcony when I went out the one time could not go out at all after that there was 15 pigeons on the balcony like they own the place there was 10,000 pigeon droppings all over the balcony it smelt like ammonia could not use AC or heat Because of smell. They said they would clean it up. They never come and cleaned it up.

It had a very good location. It was clean, except for the floor in the room, which had a film of Sand on it. wasnt much , but was were it blew in when, the patio door was open. I loved the location, was just about perfect. I tried both hot tubs, and the lazy river, and indoor pool. the Hot tub in the shorter building where I stayed, was the best one, as for its power. The matinance guy was very, nice, as were the desk people. I would stay there again, and recomened it.
