"Great experience with the self-check in and phone access for the room once I got things set up. Individual at the front desk didn’t acknowledge us as we came in carrying bags, but I was able to figure things out from the app and let them continue their phone call. Room was nice, just what I was expecting. Traffic noise is present but understandable given it is right on Albert. They’ll even throw in earplugs if you need them. "

"It seems you’ve separated the hockey team rooms from the rest of us, thank you, Thank you for suite upgrade. When we got to our room the door was ajar, I don’t think the card issued worked but didn’t matter "

"Spacious room with full kitchen, dining area and bedroom. Good for families. Lots of choices for breakfast: eggs, waffles, granola, fruit etc. I wished they had EV chargers. The one closest to the hotel is a slow charger. "
