"All the staffs are super friendly and nice. Everything is super clean and smell fresh. The food at the hotel restaurant is really good and reasonably price. The location of the hotel at the riverside is perfect. We will definitely be staying longer when we return to Vang Vieng, Laos next time. The only complain I have is, the tall trees at the swimming pool blocks the view of sun set from our room."

"Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. "Spent 3 nights at this hotel and it was a great experience. The hotel is on the older side but the room is huge, the ac is cold and the wifi works great. For the price of a fast food meal in the west, what more could you ask for? The best part of the stay is without a doubt the hospitable owner Michael and his wife. Not only were they friendly, Michael offered me many great advices and even treated me to a wonder dinner his wife prepared on my last night. Overall, for what you are paying....

"Not the cleanest place we've stayed in. On arrival cigarette butt in shower recess, bath mat was dirty, balcony if you could call it that looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Bed was comfy, linens nice. Staff on arrival had very limited English & couldn't convey what they wanted. In the end we think she was asking our permission to photocopy our booking papers from Hotels.com. but we'll never really know."

"The location of the hotel was great as it was in a very quiet part of town. The room (quad) was very spacious and had a double balcony. The pool area was very clean and relaxing. Staff were very friendly. Our only criticism was the breakfast which was very poor for Europeans. Everything was cold even the fried eggs. The bread was stale and sweet and the coffee was just in sachets so we had to eat out every day. But we would stay at this hotel again if we ever visited Vang Vieng again."

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. "Arrived at the Hotel to Discover the room we booked wasn’t available , they throbbed us off with another room which was so dirty , broken doors , toilet was absolutely revolting, half the size we booked , reception team lied about our accommodation and my Lao friend herd them talk that our room was over booked and not available so they said put them in this one, not a good welcome and then the room like I said so disappointing. "
