New resort with a lot of promise
The resort was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money. Staff was very helpful, helped me arrange bus pickup for my departure. The only thing that made it less comfortable was the construction sounds and smells. The resort is not yet finished. I expect that it will be finished in about a month.

방비엥의 다양한 액티비티, T마크 호텔이 있어서 더 행복하다.
큰 기대를하고 예약한것은 아니었습니다만, 막상 호텔입구부터 기분좋은 느낌을 받았습니다. 상냥하게 미소지으며 맞아주는 직원들, 아름답고, 신비롭기까지한 천하 절경이 펼쳐지고, 옥외 수영장과 한폭의 그림 그 자체였습니다. 예약된 룸이 너무 청결했으며, 서비스로제공하는 과일바구니가 감동을 주었습니다. 더운 날씨에 수영장이 너무 좋았고 각종 레포츠와 액티비티를 즐길 수 있는 장소와도 접근성이 매우 좋았습니다. 식사시간 레스토랑 직원들도 친절한 미소로맞이하며 음식도 맜있어서 정말 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 감사합니다.

어쩌다 보니 첫번 째 후기를 남기는 영광이!
올 12월에 오픈하여, 제가 투숙할 당시 부분 개방 상태였습니다. 첫번 째 후기인 만큼 투숙을 고민하시는 분들이 참고할 수 있고, 리조트 측도 개선 필요한 점을 피드백 부탁한 만큼 좋았던 점과 아쉬웠던 점도 남기지만, 탁월한 숙소선정이었습니다! (장점) 1. 객실 상태 막 오픈한 상태인 만큼 객실 상태가 최고이고, 침구도 청결했습니다. 실내, 화장실의 공기질이 모두 계속적으로 좋은 컨디션을 유지되던 점이 상당히 인상깊었습니다. 객실모습은 리조트 측에서 올린 사진과 같습니다. 2. 서비스 리셉션, 레스토랑 직원들 등 마주치는 모든 직원들이 유쾌하고 친절했고, 신속한 서비스를 제공받았습니다. 서비스 부분에서 절대적으로 만족했습니다. 3. 조식 조식은 과일, 채소 등 상당히 좋은 재료를 사용하는 느낌이었습니다. 다양한 종류의 음식이 있었고, 즉석조리되는 쌀국수, 달걀요리 등도 맛있었습니다. 사실 3일 내내 쌀국수를 먹었습니다. 맛나서.. 4. 수영장 수영장에서 보이는 경치가 정말 아름답습니다. 운 좋게 수영장을 제일 먼저 개시했는데, 경치가 너무 아름다워서 사진 찍느라 정신 없었습니다. 저희 투숙 당시 풀 바는 아직 오픈하지 않은 상태였는데, 풀 바 오픈 이후가 무척 기대됩니다. 5. 전용밴 리조트 투숙객들을 위한 차량으로 언제든지 중심가에 갈 수 있습니다. 저희는 중심가까지 멀다고 느껴지지 않아서 그냥 걸어다녔지만, 차량 첫 개시를 못해본건 아쉽네요. 한 번이라도 타볼 걸.. ㅎㅎ 현재도 충분히 훌륭하지만, 개선되었으면 하는 점도 함께 적습니다. (아쉬웠던 점) 1. 객실 소음 냉난방기 소음이 다소 있습니다. 다만 이 부분은 냉난방기 가동을 줄이면 해결되지만, 리조트 측에서도 개선하려는 부분이라고 합니다. 객실 외부 소음이 완벽하게 차단되지 않는 점도 다소 아쉬웠고, 체크아웃 당시 리조트 측에 알렸습니다. 다만 이후 묵었던 타지역의 5성급 리조트에서도 동일한 정도의 외부 소음이 있었습니다. 2. 객실청소 관련 문제 간혹 저희가 객실에 있던 상황에서, 청소하시려던 상황이 있었습니다. 청소시간 등 체계가 잡히면 해결될 문제 같습니다. 어메니티를 상시 새것으로 갈아주는 부분은 좋았지만, 아직 다 쓰지 않은 상태에서 버려지는 어메니티는 조금 아까웠습니다.ㅠ 뜯은 것과 뜯지 않은 것을 구별할 수 있게 해서, 뜯은 어메니티를 새 것으로 보충하되 사용한 어메니티라도 다 쓴 것이 아니라면, 투숙객이 계속 투숙하는 동안 버리지 않는 것이 어떨까 합니다. 아쉬운 점을 몇 가지 기재하긴 했지만, 현재 수준으로도 5성급 리조트로 손색 없는 만큼 현재 수준을 유지하되 사소한 몇 가지 점들만 더 개선되면, 방비엥 최고의 리조트가 될 거라고 믿습니다. 지내는 동안 정말 즐겁고 쾌적했고, 이번 여행 최고의 선택이자 최고의 기억이었습니다. 친구도 저보고 어떻게 이렇게 좋은 곳을 골랐냐며, 제 신년 운세 대박 같대요. 전체 개방이 되면, 부모님 모시고 꼭 다시 가보고 싶습니다. 좋은 추억 만들어주셔서 감사합니다. ㅎㅎ
