"Great hotel, in the middle of a rice field."

"Nice hotel with many great features Rooftop terrace with sweeping views Modern Building, rooms, and fixtures. Well furnished. Comfortable beds. Balconies. Efficient AC. Pool. Scooter parking. Elevator. Attentive front desk, with access to many tours, and transports. The only issue i had during my stay was the laundry for hotel linens as well as guest clothing is consistently musty, perhaps a problem with a machine. "

But we did get resolution with the manager who was accommodating. Our room was missing the AC controller so we had to tolerate a warm room for the first night. "Overall it was really enjoyable. The hotel was comfortable with great views. Good bed and nice bathrooms with warm water. I was slightly disappointed with the breakfast and would have liked more healthy food options like more fruit variety, nuts, musli, whole grain bread. Also the dinner restaurant was not as good as expected."

"What a stunning place to stop... Beautiful beach front room with private patio are. Room was very large and loved the bathroom overlooking a small private planted courtyard. the view across the lake from the pool is amazing and a great place to relax. food was very good and the spa massage was also very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had the inclusive package which was amazing value for what we paid"

"The location is wonderful if you want to have a relaxing vacation away from the dust of the city. It is rather far, and tuktuk drivers are trying to charge ridiculous rates (150,000 kip for the 7 km trip!). Make sure you call ahead and arrange pick-up to avoid difficulties when you arrive. The proprietor was very kind and accommodating. "The front staffs were really friendly professional for young staff,very helpful and great smiles all the time. The only thing i would change is the shower part,it need a door or something to nlock water all over bathroom floor. That was the only disappointing part of the stay. Everytbing was great. "The pool was very dirty when we arrived and we told the staff. After 3 days it had been cleaned. But we couldn’t use it for 3 days! The hotel room cleaning was erratic. And the breakfast was limited. Staff were nice."
