"Very nice small hotel about 12 minutes away from Biel. Recommended. Free parking and reasonable price. Note their restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but there is a very nice restaurant 2 minutes away called Bahnhof but closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays!"

When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence.
