"The property was very new and modern with a full kitchen including all essential utensils and cookware with easy access to Annupuri base area as well as a few places to eat. It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Other than that it was very comfortable and nice. "

The host offered to let us wait in the lobby for a taxi, and when he found that we could not get one as it was late at night, he offered to drive us to the nearest 7-eleven, in his personal vehicle, after hours. "The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"
