"The room was VERY SMALL. Nothing like the photo in their webpage. Massively overpriced compared to all of our other Hokkaido accomodations. Extra charge for a very poor very limited breakfast. No room service whatsoever. Our only Japan disappointment!"

"The Niseko Ski Lodge lives up to its name--a rustic ski lodge. The staff were super friendly, and international. Upstairs rooms mostly share a bath, but we had a room with a private bath. The pre-fab bathroom was tiny and weirdly placed with a ~10" step up. Room size was good, but it was stiflingly hot with the radiator heat. "Service was excellent and l was very well looked after. I was given free pickup to and from the train station. Breakfast was good too even though l was the only person having breakfast that day. Room was basic but comfortable. It's a pity the location was a little far from niseko village and there is no way of getting there in the summer. "The property was very new and modern with a full kitchen including all essential utensils and cookware with easy access to Annupuri base area as well as a few places to eat. It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Other than that it was very comfortable and nice. "
