"Rooms at the front can be quite noisy with road traffic when its warm and you needvto open windows as no air con. Gym and spa are spacious and usesble. Breakfast is substantial and good food in the bar. Excellent location to walk or ride to explore clumver parklands."

"Exceptionally friendly check in experience and nice clean room. Very good breakfast offer as well The hotel doesn’t claim to have AC and whilst there was a control panel in our room it was very ineffective. A desk fan was also provided which did provide some cooling "

"We only had an over night stay but the staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was clean. We had breakfast in the restaurant next morning before leaving and could not fault anything from the service to the meal itself excellent. "

"Decor is a little bit tired, mostly clean although the shower head hadn't been cleaned in a long while. Staff were pleasant and helpful but have the air of someone that had been dragooned in to manning the desk due to wearing tracksuit bottoms and a puffer jacket. Quite quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Tea, coffee and kettle in the room. WiFi and mobile reception was not good. It was fine for my needs and I slept well."
