"Friendly staff but the place was not clean enough. Went after the busy times and the hotel wasn’t that busy. Arrived at 3 as mentioned and the room wasn’t ready yet. The bath room’s floor was not clean and had a red spot bot sure if it was a dye or blood. Took the kids the pool early in the morning when we were the first ones and all towels were piled up wet and there was no clean towels left. Had to ask the staff for clean one. Staff was friendly and helpful but the cleanness of the place...

"This hotel was clean and very convenient to Caesar's casino and the tunnel to the US. We had a room with a small kitchenette which was well stocked with dishes, cutlery, etc, and came in handy. We had plenty of towels for 4 adults. We would recommend this hotel and will return in future. "

"The bathtub did not have a plug so we phoned down to the desk to ask for one and were informed that it was hotels policy to not have plugs because baths were unsafe and people might hurt themselves. The staff member we spoke to was in no way helpful and offered no apologizes. The back of the bathroom door which opened up beside the toilet was not cleaned thoroughly and was covered in what appeared to be splatters of liquid. Lastly we were on 2nd floor and had to go down a set of exterior...

"Neat and tidy property with easy parking, lots of maintained grassy areas, and easy to walk to restaurants, cafes, bakeries. Easy drive to Pt. Pelee, wineries, and other attractions. The room was clean and had pleanty of space (even with dogs) and had everything needed. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure and a nice tub. Liked the tiled floors throughout. And it was a dog friendly place with a reasonable pet policy and fee. Lots of places to easily walk...
