"The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful and can't be faulted at all. The beds were amazingly comfy and the shower was small but powerful. The building is a bit tired and the entrance to the hotel felt unsafe as there were people loitering and smoking weed. So mixed reviews but overall good for one night!"

"We arrived around 9.30pm and were unable to get into the hotel as the manager was at another property. After a 5 minutes wait he arrived and checked us in swiftly. We were allocated a room next to reception and the entrance door to the hotel….take ear plugs! The bed was comfy, the pillows (memory foam) weren’t. The room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. The location of this hotel couldn’t be better! Right by the Tower, the train station and the bus stop! "
