She lives about a mile away, she was not intrusive but was helpful on check in (she physically lead us to the house as not all roads are passable in a normal size car), she texted us when there was a planned powercut coming up etc. Her English is immaculate. "The house was lovely, as described - and our landlords were lovely and uncomplicated people - although we had a language barrier, we had no problem communicating and they assisted us even when we had troubles with our car -which really is not their job!"
