"We loved our visit - the house is in such a tranquil spot with loads of space inside and out and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. "Just amazing property Lucca was lovely. The road leading to the house was no joke its really off-road. I had a rubbish car and it made it but you need to have some vague confidence. Pizza night organised was really enjoyable had a smashing time. Id say the house is definitely child safe but for a really active 1 year old we found ourselves constantly having to monitor him every second he was awake. But it’s defiantly manageable really nice stay and well worth the visit. "

"Plenty of dinner options nearby. The proximity to the Leaning tower of Pisa was impeccable and front row view of it. Loved the location. "

"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"The process of booking was easy from start to finish and the hotel liaised with us prior to arrival to ensure our arrival was smooth. We were welcomed by a friendly, helpful and informative receptionist. Booking in was easy. We were provided with a leaflet with a local area map and restaurant recommendations. We visited the one, particularly recommended by the member of staff and had an excellent meal which was slso great value for money. We were shown to our room and shown how to activate the lights in the room. Our room was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. It had a private bathhroom, safe, coffee making facilities and a fridge. We could see the roof of the Baptistry from our window. There was no option for breakfast but there was a lovely cafe across the square where we bought breakfast. Luggage can be left at the hotel as well. Great location close to the Piazza Miracoli with excellent facilities and fantastic staff. I would definitely come back. Thank you. "

Perfect place for Carnivale

"Wonderful location for Carnivale, its on the parade route. The room is very bright but, they have electric blinds so you can adjust the light coming in. The breakfast is great it has lots of choices. The beach is just across the street. After we got tired we went into the bar to sit, watch the parade and have drinks, watching through their giant windows. great place with a caring owner and staff"
