I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough. After that they just stopped responding to me. I should not even have to send them a receipt. Hotels.com are trying to fix this for me, but the hotel staff are all struggling...

It does have a fridge and kettle in the room , the hot water in the bathroom takes an age to arrive but is fine once it does. As mentioned in other reviews the floorboards creak and it was nessesary to leave the wardrobe door ajar to prevent it creaking when someone passes the room . Its rustic and charming in its own way. "
