"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

Further when booking a cab - we were given some pushy drivers trying to charge us the same price as big lux car and actually driving us in a small car. Had to speak to reception again to sort it out. some Food ran out at breakfast with no refill for 30 minutes had leave and had a lovely little hair in the scrambled eggs - we joked it was Vitamin H. Did not...

"Goede ligging tov centrum, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer maar klein venster dat niet open kan is wel nadeel. Ontbijt ok Bistro uitstekend"

"Two night stay. Overall hotel fabulous, but we felt the evening buffet wasn't up to the standards of the hotel! We were missing a kettle and the hairdryer in our room, this wasn't a huge problem as we were on the ground floor near the bar."
