"The hotel is not far from the station. So it is any easy walk with the roller suitcase. It is in part of a regular office building. Buy the breakfast in asvance. It is a small, but nice buffet. We had three people, which is ffrequently a challenge in hotels. The room was nice and pleasant. The staff were very accomodating. All in all, a great experience. "

"This is my second time at Pullman Tamachi. The location is the best, it’s very close to JR station, connected through a bridge. It’s not a crowded location because it is somewhat non-tourist area, more a neighborhood of families and workforce. You have few convenient stores within minutes away, Starbucks and other coffee shops, and a grocery store on ground level. The hotel itself is still pretty new, and upscale, design is nice, staff are all friendly and will go above and beyond!"

"Overall, it is a hotel which is value for money. Surrounding amenities and food options are plenty. Typical small japanese hotel but with nice amenities free for grabs at lobby. however, toilet bowl is extremely small making it uncomfortable to use. the toilet has strong sewage smell too"

"Incredibly attentive and kind staff. Went out of their way to help me often. Extremely affordable. Accidentally booked a smoking room. Previous tenants have burned the walls and stained the fixtures with cigarettes. Hall itself smells as well. On no smoking floors it was cleaner and smelled nice. I only ever saw the same cleaning woman on my floor. She was amazing and efficient. The rooms need deeper cleaning, especially on smoking floors. The hotel should consider giving their staff more...

"チェックインが遅くなる為、ホテルに電話したが一向に繋がらなかった。何度かけてもダメなので、エクスペディアに連絡を入れて対応してもらった。 結局ホテルに連絡がつかないままホテルに行ったが、スタッフもフロントに居て問題なくチェックイン出来た。電話出なかったのは何だったのか不明のまま。ホテル自体はとても綺麗で快適でした。"
