"First the staff was excellent. They were accommodating. They wanted me to be happy with my stay. There was a small hiccup but when I mentioned it to the front desk it was addressed immediately. A speedy response. Great personnel. My stay was short, only three days, and memorable. They assisted in some snafus that occurred while booking trips and tours and excursions. Wonderful and friendly staff. Highly recommend."
