"Very modern and clean property. High standard of cleanliness throughout. Room was lovely and spacious - complimentary Prosecco, soft drinks and water was a nice touch. Ample time to avail of breakfast with a good range of continental items on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel well situated and within walking distance of old town. Only downside was noise of tram passing at times. Highly recommend!"

"I stayed here this week for four nights with my partner and it was honestly an amazing choice. As central as you can get in Krakow Old Town, the Hotel had everything we needed, appreciated the free Netflix too, and the bed was so comfy! The morning and evening receptionists this week were so nice and helpful as well which made us feel very welcome and one of the best Hotels I've stayed in, would defo come back if I come to Krakow again."
