"We stayed here for two nights. It's a really convenient location for the Altstadt, cathedral and Christmas markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and in good condition, and our room was comfortable. We did hear some noise from the street in the night, but that was the only minor issue. Overall we were very happy with our stay here."

Although the location is great the rooms are outdated, specially for the price and the fact it’s a 5 star hotel. 1 little bottle of shampoo and bodywash for 2 people and they were not replaced the 2nd day? 2weeks in the netherlands this was the most expensive one and the only one with no proper bodywash and shampoo provided, this is not to be expected in a 5 star hotel. "Hotel was 5 minutes walk from a reasonably-priced (€16 for 24 hrs) car park outside a shopping outlet. Hotel rooms were above a cocktail bar situated opposite a small square filled with bars and restaurants, close to the town hall. Room had 4 single beds set up as two doubles, separated by a small set of shelves and a small dining table with four chairs. There was no air con, but a large fan was provided.
