"Attention to details would put his place over the top with 5 stars. Entry way and elevator rugs were dirty and in need of vacuuming! Staff very pleasant and attentive. Unfortunately many homeless in the area and wandering the parking lot of the hotel all hours of the day and night! In need of security for theses reasons. Would stay again, room was very clean and the bed was so comfy! Definitely a good place to stay!"

"Loved staying here, we went the week before thanksgiving. The resort was basically empty. Which was great. Super easy access to the beach and we had a ground level room which I dnt recommend only because people were walking around and looking into the room. We did see like three roaches halfway through our stay. Other than that lived staying here. "

"This particular room is on the third floor and was ok, sound wise until the last part when the Harley-Davidson riders rolled into town. Apparently they just drive back and forth gunning their throttles all night long. That is when the room lost all of its charm and good vibes. It's just too close to the road and the bridges and thus the motorcycle noise was amplified to unacceptable levels."

"I will have to say I am very impressed with this hotel. The staff was always helpful when we either had a question or needed an item. They explained exactly how to navigate the elevators from parking garage to room to beach. The room was absolutely gorgeous! We stayed in a deluxe 1 bedroom condo and it was one of the recently renovated rooms. Super clean. They explained upon check-in that we may hear some construction work since they are in the middle of renovating. And yes we heard some noise...
