"We knew we had booked the right place as soon as we walked in the door. Felt like a model home. Everything we needed was there- bikes, beach wagon with chairs and umbrella (saved us quite a bit of money!). The carriage house is on a quiet street, a very short walk down the street to the beach access. Updated finishes throughout, and a bed that slept great. The only complaint we had (which is not really a complaint) is that hooks for the robes and towels would have come in handy. I feel bad...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this charming carriage house, just a block from the lush greens and the beach. Its design was impeccable, and the size was just right for our family. There was a minor hiccup with access cards, and Misty was there within the hour to drop off new tags. Don’t pass this place up!"

"The property is clean and well maintain. There are some imperfections that guess should be aware of before choosing this property. The bathroom is very small in the shower is RV small. Very difficult to do anything other than stand there, and the water height and direction could be improved with a showerhead that can be removed. In addition, the property is next to the road. You can hear Rose noise frequently. Of course we picked the weekend when there’s 60,000 owners in town so that didn’t help...

Love that I was able to walk to a lot of places and the beach was about a 5 min walk from this home as well. Will definitely be booking here again when I am in the 30a area!"

"We have stayed at Rosemary for years now and this was one of our favorites. A perfect place for family to gather and enjoy the pool, beach and the layout is ideal. The couch is probably the only major thing, it’s extremely low and no padding. Just a few things, the remote needs replaced, and guest shower door doesn’t seem too be on properly, makes a very loud noise and seems it could break. We hope to come back soon. These things did not take away at all from our time and absolutely loved it."
