I was a bit disappointed that I’d called to enquire about parking and was told I didn’t need to book, but when I arrived it was full and I had to go and park at the arena about 500 metres away. Distance was fine, but $48 was a bit more than I was expecting to have to pay"

"The best room of the fortnight trip. Wonderful dark room theme and a super comfy bed. Close to bars and restaurants, definately could have stayed longer if I had the time. Unfortunately the car was too high for the next door carpark but convenient street parking 1800-0800 was found very close by. Great value for money."

"Firstly, the staff were awesome, welcoming smiling and very helpful. The location of hotel was perfect and easy walking to Te Papa, waterfront, and public bus transport. We found a couple disappointing cleaning details, which we will make hotel aware of. However would certainly stay again. Especially if 3 of us, to have separate room each. Was fantastic. "
