"Was surprised how close this hotel was from our event we were attended (concert) it was alot closer than at anticipated. Food places were also close an in walking distant. The staff told us the bar inside the hotel is open till 11pm but the bar attendant was nice enough to stay over. At first the parking was confusing but they have valet parking was only $45 for the evening which was so much cheaper than parking across the street at the arena it cost $75 all we had to do was give the keys over...

"Every employee I spoken too was professional and polite. They handle complaints and took them seriously. We had an issue with people with rooms playing loud music and slamming doors in the middle of the night. The manager was on it and when I went down to the front desk she was calling police.
