"This hotel needs to be managed from the top. It was only the lady in reception called Ned’s who calmed everything down. Her reception was fantastic . She saved the day for me .. she went out of her way by helping me on my arrival when my room had not been prepared property. She organised a team to clean my room properly She is so diplomatic in a stressful situation and even while dealing with my problem of mold in the shower area she was talking in several languages to the many other guests...

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"The towels were damp when we arrived. They never dried between showers either. Had to use wet towels for 3 days. No hot water in the shower initially, although we turned the heater on for 15 minutes prior as instructed. Heater needs to be turned on for much longer before a shower and usually lasts up to 10 minutes before the water becomes lukewarm/cold again.
