"Unfortunately the sauna and steam room were out of service during my stay - I booked the hotel because I wanted to use the spa facilities. There is currently a large construction project on a building directly in front of the hotel that causes a fair amount of noise during the day. The hotel was beautiful & I received a free room upgrade unexpectedly. A brilliant hotel!"

"Wonderful stay in a beautiful hotel. Excellent location on the promenade. Room was very well equipped with everything needed for a stay - coffee maker, kettle, complimentary water, iron, bathrobes and slippers. Many options at breakfast including a selection of items that can be ordered from the kitchen. Absolutely stunning view from breakfast room/restaurant across the sea. All staff were very friendly and welcoming. "

"I enjoyed the location and the view from the seaview room. The road below was busy but the views made up for it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were very courteous and helpful. I used the spa facilities and enjoyed the treatment and area. The breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. The location has easy access to bus routes, ferry and tours. My stay was wonderful as a solo traveller. "

"The hotel is ideally situated for the marina, buses, shopping, all the staff are warm and friendly from reception, restaurant, housekeeping etc and have a nothing is too much trouble attitude. My birthday was made very special with a surprise cake and desert, and after a 3 week stay we would not hesitate in returning. Our sea view with balcony was excellent and every evening chocolates are brought to the room which is a very nice touch, and guests asked if they need anything. No faults with the hotel or service, but they could do with toilet facilities in the ground level for convenience. Not possible to name everyone, but would like to thank Goran Sachevski, Gabriella, and all the staff who we encountered with friendliness and warmth. ."
