"We had a nice stay at the Diplomat. Right on the seafront. Didn't get a sea view room but we could still see the sea from our balcony. Nice clean room with complementary slippers and bath robes (bath robes are not for keeps though). Friendly staff. Plenty of options at the included breakfast buffet. There's a bus stop about 30 seconds walk outside and the buses are frequent and easy to use. Just jump on and pay a fixed fee which gives you about two hours of travel. Can't be used for a return journey though, you have to pay again to come back but it's only 2 euros so cheap as chips. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Also has a spa, a gym and there's a pool and sun terrace on the roof which was deserted both times we went up there so we had it to ourselves. Has everything you want really. Recommend."

Also, the receptionist day time top man Ganti, is very polite and provides high-quality service and night time Vikhan professional work and kind too. I always feel comfortable and safe during my stay I can't wait to go back again and again.👍"

"Great location in Sliema! The hotel is nestled between St. Julian’s Bay and Sliema seafronts. The hotel is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, about 10-15 minute walk to either seafront location. There are small cafes, local bars, a pharmacy, and a mini market near the hotel. It was easy for excursion meet up points, the buses and to take the ferry. There are tons of restaurants, bars and cafes by the water along the Sliema seafront or St Julien’s Bay. It’s a beautiful, boutique hotel with a very accommodating & friendly staff. If you don’t mind a bit of walking, we would highly recommend it as a lovely & perfect place to stay. The hotel has a great pool, updated rooms, and great amenities…"
