"My Space is a great new find for me! I loved everything and when I stay again, I know I have laundry services available. I would have liked disposal cutlery available. I brought dinner meal, but needed a fork. Also, my room faced the parking lot and a bright street light. The window shade did not fully block that light. I tried to work the shade to gain better room darkening which I value, to no avail. Great staff! Great hitel!"

"New, spacious and clean hotel not too far from downtown. Convenient parking with EV chargers. Hot breakfast was very nice. Staff was also very friendly. I’d stay again the next time I go through Reno."

"Overall, the room met my needs. It had a kitchen, wi-fi, and enough space for three people to sleep. The breakfast had limited options. For this hotel, and possibly the room, it was noisy. You could hear the airplanes flying above, our mountain view was more of a freeway view, and the gardeners were noisy for a few hours on a couple of days. This was problem for me since I wanted to work remotely for few days while visiting Reno. "

"Excellent affordable business hotel. The beds and bedding are comfortable and the furnishings are generally tasteful and comfortable. Wall ACs and heating are easy to control. The nested desk provides plenty of work space. Lighting is excellent but there is no universal switch. AC outlets for the desk and bed are convenient, although the USBA outlets don't work.
