"What a perfectly appointed apartment. The location was perfect, with lots of cute local restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood is a quiet residential area of older homes that have been lovingly cared for. I especially loved the decorating touches that gave a nod to local history. Will definitely look to stay here again. "

"Lovely stay! Only issue was minor. Only offered coffee beans that needed to be grounded (grinder was provided). Woke up early & didn't want to wake hubby with grinder noise so didn’t get coffee till he was up."

"Our visit was nice. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It offered privacy and quiet we were looking for. It was located conveniently to stores, restaurants, museums, and more. We would definitely visit again. "

"This was a beautiful home for the wife and I to spend our 22nd anniversary in. Great location, quiet and private. This home was very clean and accommodating with walk in shower, large bathtub, jacuzzi, pool table, piano and more.Spent Friday night on the strip and the wife got to eat at Ramsey's Kitchen.(She loves his tv shows) If we ever visit Reno again we will definitely book this home. "Older cozy unit with comfy queen bed but no central heat, (two small space heaters were provided). Window coverings not room darkening. Recommend using private parking adjacent to unit (accessible from alley via swing gate) as street parking is scarce. Short walk to campus or nearby Community Center with gym and pool for small daily fee. Unit has WiFi, full sized W/D, coffee pot & microwave but no cable TV."

"Our room was kind of far from elevators, especially for my friend who has mobility issues. The hallways were kind of dirty and had been patched kind of messily. I liked the building itself and the amenities provided. "
