"This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno"

"This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. "One paned windows kept it chilly. The beds were stiff and uncomfortable. They did not blow up balloons like i asked. Location was amazing. They dont accept service animals and charge you for their stay. The door is complicated to open and didnt know how to lock it until the end of my stay. Very large condo. No free parking. Wish they had more elevators and exits. Overall, i would stay there again and knowing what i know now it'll make it easier for me to prepare and plan for the next time i...
