No air conditioning, one small worthless fan in the room. Very warm and muggy. No washcloths in the bathroom. No bathing soap, only shampoo in the bathroom. No elevator, a very narrow outdoor staircase to the second level carrying heavy suitcases. No guest services on the premises. No ice machine on the premises. Best...

"Very friendly staff. My room was 2 floors up (28 steps) - not a problem for me, but there was no lift. Great central location, 15 minutes walk from the station, or a 2 stop bus ride. Excellent TV with apps allowing catch up, or watch from start if programme started (nearby chain hotel should take note). Very good breakfast. WiFi a bit flakey at top where I was, but not a real problem (might be if wanting to stream video). Room a bit "tired" but I've seen much worse. I don't think there's private...
