"We had a great stay at Fenix West. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious w a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful Mountain View. We especially appreciate the shuttle services to and from town, which made our trip so much more enjoyable and easy to plan. There is no Onsen in the hotel but there is one conveniently in the hotel across the street, which kind of solve the issue. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel "

"This property was not as described. The owner wanted to charge for everything (ie: to use the BBQ was an extra cost, washing detergent was extra etc). The property certainly did not accommodate 7 people as described. Not happy with our experience. We checked out early (3 days) as this property was impractical. "

"A lot of cafe or restaurant around the hotel were closed. The hotel is a bit noisy : you can hear kids running when they are in the room above yours, in the corridor. It's not well sound proof. The hotel staff was excellent. The fireplace is amazing"

Even toaster, kettle, coffee machine , rice cooker , fridge, microwave are all provided in the room . Views are breathtaking. There is a washing machine and even soap is provided. Size of rooms and bathrooms are really big in comparison to general Japanese hotels .Many supermarkets are a within a 2 min driving distance .No...
