The customer service was really great all around, but one that really stuck out was the parking attendant. He did such a nice job ensuring we had quick and convenient service with parking. We had a beautiful castle view from our room. Really happy with our stay!"

"Very spacious rooms with small kitchen area. Comfortable beds. Lots of room and extra futon mattresses are also comfortable. Granola/yogurt breakfast was so good! Nice to have the washing machine in the room and laundromat down the street. Check in was very smooth and staff was very helpful. Great location, lots of nearby pay parking if the spots out front are full. Easy walk to castle, mall and lots of shops. Only con was that the furniture and futon mattresses were a but stained but room...

"We enjoyed our stay. Traditional Japanese breakfast came with the room. The bed was hard,but that typical for Japanese hotels. Facility had parking for our vehicle. Overall our stay was nice."
