The location isn’t really near anything it took us just under an hour to walk there and 35 minutes on public transport. The day before we left we asked if they had a laundry service and if it was free, the receptionist said yes...

They have Eggs, pastries, salami, and a full coffee bar which had hot tea, which i drink. The bathroom and shower was different for us, as the shower doors swung in, and it was tiny, so this is not a place for a large person to stay. "Top rate super hotel, couldn't fault the service and my stay. It's more like a 4 star for sure, they really look after you, like a friend, from the word go. Free drink in the bar before 9pm each night, tasty breakfast with yummy pastries and fruit, yoghurt etc. Free soft drinks and water in room each day. Room was massive with marble like floor, so much bigger than expecting. Bathroom very good size again. Location perfect for a tourist, close to duomo and metro. So pleased I found and booked...

While we enjoyed the convenience, we were disappointed that the air conditioning and hot water did not work properly.
