"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

"My wife and I enjoyed a magnificent week enjoying the well manicured gardens, fabulous lake Como view, warm and inviting hosts Giovanni and Brunella and their tremendous Villa. We had previously stayed at Villa D’Este for our honeymoon and found that Sans Souci offered so much more for us. We enjoyed all the surrounding villages and restaurants and felt compelled to return to the villa just to relax and take in the views and sounds of birds and church bells. "Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

"We were greeted upon arrival by Davide with great local information. While space was limited, it was smartly done and worked great. Location was perfect for us. Could walk to Como or hop on the ferry which is about a minute walk. We enjoyed wine each evening on the balcony, which was the highlight for us. Amazing views of the lake and surrounding areas. If we make it back to Lake Como, would hope to stay there again."

"Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "

"It is not our first stay in Sonder. We choose it because of convenience and location. We liked our current stay very much, although we were a little disappointed with the request to order a taxi for our early departure to the airport. We asked for a taxi but not a limousine service which was three times more expensive than the regular cab. There was nothing we could do at 4 o'clock in the morning, but take it!!!"
