"Great place and the price affordable. Breakfast was excellent. There are two negatives though: One is that the place heavily focuses on Chinese customers, asking you to take breakfast after them in groups. Some signs are written only in Chinese, not even Korean nor English. Second one is that they renovate corridor and rooms with dust and noise while we stay on the same floor. It is not a good manner without respect to the guests. "

"I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. I asked the lady at reception for a good place to eat and she referred me to a great little Korean restaurant down the street where I had Sundubu with pork bulgogi, which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing I did not like was, the airport shuttle only...

"Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in was a breeze. Very good location, just 15 mins taxi ride from Incheon airport. Near restaurants and convenience stores. Has hot&cold water dispenser. Provides free coffee, tea, water and juice as complimentary drinks. With decent wifi connection and even has different ports to enable you to charge different kind of devices. Although it wasn’t the most modern hotel, it suited our needs and at the price point it was a great value for money....

"The hotel was very reasonable and only 10 minutes from the airport. While they did not offer any dining options, it was ust a 5 minute walk to an excellent cafe which is an old converted.church. we booked a suite to have a bit more room. Like other people have noted, the beds were hard though. The staff was very accommodating. We think it's a good option if you are just on a layover and want to stay close to the airport."

Since I had problem to call for shuttle bus to pickup at the airport. I took a taxi from the airport to the hotel. "I had a nice stay at Hotel Air Relax. The room was comfortable, tidy and filled with necessities for a comfortable stay. Check-In at the front desk was very convenient, fast and polite. I asked the lady at reception for a good place to eat and she referred me to a great little Korean restaurant down the street where I had Sundubu with pork bulgogi, which was delicious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious and modern. One thing I did not like was, the airport shuttle only takes you to Terminal 1, that was not the case with another hotel I had stayed at near there. With the airport shuttle delay and the Terminal 1 to Terminal 2 airport transport, I almost missed my flight. Other than that, I definitely enjoyed my stay!!"
