Clean, convenient to airport, safe, loads of walkable options. Yet, these are all typical for Korea. The issue here at this hotel is the notion of "global". Noted that this is not a Four Seasons, but if you are to advertise yourself as a convenient, global hotel for travelers, a number of areas would need to be upgraded: unclear check-in instructions, no 24-hour staffed desk, insufficient English signage throughout property. Again, I need not take this assessment if I were staying at a "local" hotel (of which there are dozens within 200m of this property), but if you want to advertise yourself on Expedia as "global", there are mandatory improvements, most of all with check-in procedures.

駅から近くて便利です。 チェックイン前の荷物預かりもして頂きました。連泊で掃除なしを洗濯しましたがタオルの準備は連絡無しでもしていただきました。 部屋も広く使いやすかったですが、トイレ便座の暖房が無かった（わからなかった？）お風呂が滑りやすくなる所がやや難点でした。

家族でオーストラリアへ行くためのトランジットでソウルに前後泊しました。荷物も預かっていただけて、ソウル観光を楽しめました。空港から近いので深夜や早朝便でも楽です。タクシーでも2000円くらいでした。安いしおすすめです。

翌日の飛行機が早朝だったため、利用しました。 口コミを見て、清潔さが心配でしたが、全く問題なしでした。 1階にはコンビニもあり、駅もとても近くてよかったです。 部屋が暑いのに、暖房が冷房に変わらなくて困りましたが、受付の方が翻訳アプリで一生懸命説明してくださいました。 建物全体で管理されてるようで、冷房はつけられないが、扇風機を貸し出せますと置いて行ってくれました。窓を開けられることも教えていただき(高層のホテルだから開けられないと思っていた)暑さ問題は無事解決しました。 ありがとうございました。
