During my last stay, however, the housekeepers were cleaning the balcony at the end of the hallway outside my room, and water ended up on the floor, seeping into my room. "Tbh after reading reviews on google I was a bit afraid, I was traveling with my partner who is recovering from a health trauma and is super sensitive to his comfort in his environment so I reached out to the hotel And expressed my concern and I said I’m willing to pay for an upgrade.
