"Lovely receptionist, very helpful. Hotel location is excellent. Many options to eat, and for groceries, Auchan, city market are close. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is that the bath towels and the walls are quite thin. We could hear the guy next door yawning! It was a loud yawn, but still. We could hear them talk, too. Water pressure in the shower was weak. We were on the 5th floor, so maybe that’s why. Overall, good stay."

"Initially we had a problem with the room we were given, but were able to change rooms. The second room was clean, albeit it had no view or day light and it was small. The carpeting outside our room needs to be cleaned or replaced. It had dog poo stains and a larger stain that may have been coffee. The location is in a shopping mall so it was very convenient to get snacks. The room had a refrigerator, but no microwave or freezer compartment. The area is walkable. The parking is under ground...

"Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Everywhere was cleaned regularly. Sun loungers always available. Studio was spacious. Handy for the bus and train station. 15 minutes walk from the seafront with loads of restaurants fairly close by. The only negative is outwith the hotels control. As it's in a residential area it can be noisy, with dogs barking and building work going on "
