The setting alone is worth the price but the hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms very comfortable, the staff very attentive and the food very good. "Please book for more than one day. Unfortunately we only had one night and it was not enough. This is a beautifully curated property. Clean, comfortable, artistically decorated with one of a kind views. The heated pool was lovely. The food was delicious. Make sure to book dinner ahead of time is you wish to eat dinner at the hotel. If not, they will call a cab to take you in to town. I hope to be able to return to casa de alto in the future. "

"We stayed here twice on our trip and both times had an excellent experience. The hotel has a lovely and varied breakfast. Street parking was easy to find. The hotel was very centrally located yet on a quiet street. We look forward to staying here again. "

Very low ceiling you can touch. Fantastic location very convenient for shopping and dining. Service is not in their list of thing to do with clients. "

"Fairly basic in all respects - but there isn't a lot of choice in San Martin - and it was cheap so adequate for the money. A little bit out from the centre, restaurants etc but reasonably walkable. Room small and basic, breakfast area gloomy - as were staff (surprisingly for Argentina on our other experiences). Very basic breakfast."
